Not one to rest on her laurels, Bola also stocks a line of limited edition shawls made from intricately embroidered, richly textured fabric to compliment her jewellery.

The tribal fabric from the South Western part of Nigeria has been hand woven by women since the 15th century as a means of empowering them to work. This fabric also makes for great cushion covers, table runners, throws, curtains and rugs, all of which can be found at Mijola Daniel.

Interior designers have even commissioned Bola for her unique designs. She is also available for commissions for jewellery and fabrics, and is very flexible towards out of hours viewings.

A visit to the quirky little treasure trove that is Mijola Daniel is a must. You’re bound to find something to compliment every woman and household- jewellery, scarves, hand-woven shawls, corsages, evening bags, belts, throws and cushions.

The boutique is very well located and effectively sandwiched between two rather good dress shops. Being opposite the well known Blue Bird Café, it’s a perfect place for a spot of shopping before lunch or dinner.
